What it is

Glioblastoma, IDH-wildtype, CNS WHO grade 4 is the most common and most aggressive primary brain tumor in adults. It is defined by being IDH-wildtype (lacking an IDH mutation) and grade 4, and it is treated intensively but remains very difficult to cure.
