GLIO-DIAG is one of 11 subsystems that compose AURORA-GLIO. It is independently usable but shares the same patient representation, provenance log and governance layer as every other AURORA module.
WHO 2021 is the lingua franca. GLIO-DIAG is the synthesiser that produces a WHO-aligned integrated diagnosis from molecular results, histology and imaging — explaining itself the whole way. Where the inputs disagree, the disagreement is reported, not papered over.
Pilot partners use it to compress the loop between molecular reporting and tumor-board readiness. The clinician keeps the override; every override is logged; every diagnostic call traces back to the evidence that produced it.
GLIO-DIAG can be installed standalone, or pulled in as part of the full AURORA-GLIO stack. Both ship the same code and weights, signed end-to-end. Pilot partners have access today; public alpha opens Q4 2026.
